The Division of Environmental Engineering and Energy Systems [DEEES] supports a crucial emphasis on the environment while identifying, recognizing and enhancing a powerful focus on energy and energy systems, both conventional and alternative. The Division is pleased to announce two new undergraduate minor programs open to Engineering students: The Minor in Environmental Engineering is open to Engineering students interested in learning more about ecology, sustainable design, risk assessment and environmental impact. This program grew out of, and is intended to replace, the Collaborative Program in environmental engineering. The Minor in Sustainable Energy is open to Engineering students interested in learning more about energy, its sustainable use, energy demand management, and the public policy context in which energy use and production is regulated. To request a form to enroll
in either minor, please contact: or visit www.minors.engineering.utoronto.ca
